Four Seasons Realty was founded in 1970 making the firm the oldest real estate marketing and sales firm in the Stanly County area. Established with the basic value of honesty and integrity, the firm has continued to grow and expand its market area. The firm underwent its greatest expansion in 1999 when it joined forces with another leading firm in the area. The union of the two highly recognized companies boosted the firm’s sales volume and market share to unprecedented levels. It was during this expansion period that the firm relocated to its present home at 204 West North Street in historic downtown Albemarle. An early 1900’s stately two story home became the home office for the rapidly growing firm. Since that time the firm has repeatedly been recognized with awards and designations both locally and nationally.
The many successes of the firm are attributed to the professional staff that meets the company’s high level of expectations on a daily basis. The growth of the firm so far is evidence of the trust and confidence that its clients and customers place in the firm.
